1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of SPILLCLOTH, located in the Netherlands. 

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. 

 

2. Products

SPILLCLOTH sells microfiber cloths.
We do our best to provide product information as accurately as possible. Minor discrepancies (e.g., color or size) do not entitle the customer to compensation. 

 

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. 

 

4. Payment

Payment is processed using the payment methods offered in the online store.
Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received. 

 

5. Delivery

We strive to fulfill orders within 1–3 business days to send.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary.
SPILLCLOTH is not liable for delays on the part of the delivery service. 

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after receipt return without giving a reason. 

Terms and Conditions: 

• The product must be unused and in its original condition  

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility  

Once we receive the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. 

 

7. Warranty and Complaints

We guarantee that our products meet reasonable standards of quality.

We will respond within 5 business days. 

 

8. Liability

SPILLCLOTH is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product. 

 

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR).
